Retrofit Assessments

In accordance with PAS 2035, a retrofit assessment is used to provide an in-depth review and identification of efficiency measures to be installed within the property to improve its overall efficiency.

This also identifies other potential issues, such as ventilation, air quality and damp management. In short, this is designed to support the energy efficiency improvements so that emissions lower. This can support in lowering your fuel bills.

Why a Retrofit?

Although isolated improvements may have a perceived positive impact on your property, it may not consider the subsequent effects that could be experiences as a result. A retrofit approach views the potential improvements required as a whole, considering the impact they have on each other and the overall property.

This also gives a greater understanding of the improvements which would maximise results. An example of this would be the inclusion of solar panels within your property, however the greater noted return could be on insulation, such as wall or roof. The expert advice and support will certainly enable your retrofit experience to maximise potential.
