Accredited energy service providers

We are an established and experienced Energy Assessment company, fully accredited with the UK Government Trustmark scheme, providing a fast, friendly and efficient service to our clients.

Domestic EPC’s

Domestic EPC’S are a requirement when selling or renting your existing property (dwelling). This should be completed within 28 days of marketing your property. This is a legal requirement.

Non-Domestic (Commercial) EPC’s

Non-domestic EPC’s for level 3-4 buildings, including on-construction.

DEC Assessments

A display Energy Certificate (DEC) is legally required by buildings larger than 250m2, which are partly or wholly occupied by public authorities. They are also frequently visited by the public.

Retrofit Assessments

In accordance with PAS 2035, a retrofit assessment is used to provide an in-depth review and identification of efficiency measures to be installed within the property to improve its overall efficiency.

Floor Plans

Shield Energy Assessment provides experienced floor plan designers. We can design illustrative floor plans to support your understanding of the property lay-out and dimensions.

Check-ins / Outs / Inventories

We conduct inventories to outline that property is well-managed, taking into account any damage left and allowing us to validate the current state of the property, before or after assessment.
