What is an EPC?

The Energy Performance Certificate is a legal requirement for the rental and sale of properties. This provides a calculated measure of your property’s energy efficiency. Properties are graded from A-G, with A being the highest.

Our Services

Domestic EPC’s

Domestic EPC’S are a legal requirement when selling or renting your existing property (dwelling). This should be completed within 28 days of marketing your property.
